Hi Everyone! I have a couple growing questions again. Which is the best seeds to plant...the white or dark ones? Also, how deep should it be in the soil? I have a a few plants growing in another plant that I bought to camoflaugh it since it's in my kitchen window...it seems like i can't get...

Is a black light considered a flourescent...I have one of those kinds that you hang above black light posters to light them up...would it help grow my plants?
