Hey also, if you buy a used one buy new plastic tubing and retrace all the connections. Do not reuse the old tubing it will have picked up contams while disconnected due to the standing moisture with poor air flow.
For me, it was a game changer. In the beginning I couldn't make cloning work. I found it difficult to keep them alive, even risky because they would rott and mold for instance, a possible contam to the entire grow. I only hit about 50% success with "manual" methods. The cloner put me at 99% the...
Phenotypes is exactly why I started keeping mothers. I trim the mother plant early and take clones and flower them as soon as possible. She doesn't have to veg long to give quality clones. Then I flower them and test them and find the stronger of the group and keep her. Then I move all of...
Can this be? :volcano-smiley:
This is a bit of a tmi situation, but I figured worth passing along. The seeds I saved in film containers (also an ancient artifact!) did not make it. But I had bags full I filled breast milk storage containers with, and they, so far, have been very healthy. I...
Haha I also do the same, tipping nugs or edibles to waitstaff. I wasn't making an implication when I asked about your trim habits. I was just curious because in our network we have found a few people who are the same as you and not entirely interested in all of the plants available products so...
Cannabis Sex Workers Union! Some of my genetics are old school, they have this smell you can not get anywhere else! They grow like machines too, strong, tough, resilient, and resistant. From the days when every bag I bought had seeds in it, I was a seed saver. When I did my breeding I brought...
Really glad to hear they both made it! I bet one was just able to draw more of that seed life magic energy. Even when you plant two seeds of the same type you still see some grow quicker and more vigorous than others. If you are planning for her to be a mother, I would take clones from the...
I can not wait for chocobean. I hope there is a list for seeds being drafted somewhere because I would like to ask for a spot! Truly exciting breeding!
I finally sit down in front of the computer and here we are posting food pictures... now my fat kid butt is back in the kitchen like, mac n cheese yes! baked potatoes sounds great! I have chicken.. lets do this haha
I think when trimming took a whole day, one 'sitting' to complete, I was really into it. Once it got to the point to where cutting everything at once meant days of work.. that's pretty much when my enthusiasm dwindled. Getting help can be good if you get good help. Enjoy it while it lasts ;)
