guys watch the video at www. hydro grow led.com, its a grow off between led lights and a 400 watt hid. the led is 6 inches from plant and the hps is like 4 feet. it seems like its way to far away to be a fair comparison. just saying that air cooled hood could be atleast a foot closer

anyone else notice how high the 400 watt light is from the plants compared to the led in the grow off video add on hydro grows link?

homedepot sells 28watt t5 twin bulb ballast fixtures $35 with 2 30k bulbs 4 footers. and you can get 27k and 65k bulbs online. much cooler than 54watt t5 and they give you 27-3000 lumes per bulb

hi, fluor's come in many colors, you need 27k for flowering and 65k for vegging for most effecient growth. anything in between will work but slower and yield. i think t5 bulbs are best, then cfl, then t8 last is t12 but all work it just 1 is more effecient than other. watt per lumes is what i...
