What is the best Fluorescent light for me?

I have a cabinet space what is about a medium size and I was wanting to cut some clones and put them in there. And then eventually grow medium sized plants in there until they get to big and then I would move them outside. I am in kenya and it is very hard to get things in the mail and is just as hard to find some things in stores. So I was wondering what are the best lights for me.

hi, fluor's come in many colors, you need 27k for flowering and 65k for vegging for most effecient growth. anything in between will work but slower and yield. i think t5 bulbs are best, then cfl, then t8 last is t12 but all work it just 1 is more effecient than other. watt per lumes is what i mean. cfl might be more practical if you get them because you can use a pretty much standard light bulb socket and they come in the exact colors you need
