What city or county allows medical marijuana patients the highest legal possession and grow limits. Humboldt County seems highest with 3 lbs and a 100 sq ft canopy but the canopy can hold about 30 mature plants. What city or county allows you or dispensaries to grow and possess more than that...
What are the laws you must abide by to be a grower and a caregiver in Oregon? The fact that dispensaries are operating in Southern Oregon must mean they're legally allowed now right?
Thank you very much for your insightful response. So Humbolt county has a legal limit of 99 plants per patient. Where is it written that that's the limit? Thank you so much for your response.

Which cities have in place moratoriums that ban new dispensaries from opening. I was thinking of moving to West Hollywood but then saw an interview with councilman Duran who mentioned a moratorium that's still in place. However I didn't know how recent that interview was. LA, even though the...
Is Tom Ammiano's Assembly Bill 390 going to be voted on soon? When? I haven't heard a lot. Maybe I need to look harder but maybe the $50/oz fee is killing it. Seems like the black market would undercut that easily.
Re: how to open

Has anyone heard what happened/is happening in the legal battle for Fresno's medical marijuana dispensaries to remain open? I'm moving there Sunday and want to open one. It seems today 10/8/09 is a pivotal day legally where a judge will decide whether the 2007 City Ordinance requiring businesses...
