What city or county allows medical marijuana patients the highest legal possession and grow limits. Humboldt County seems highest with 3 lbs and a 100 sq ft canopy but the canopy can hold about 30 mature plants. What city or county allows you or dispensaries to grow and possess more than that...

Why is there such a lack of collectives/dispensaries in Humbolt county? You'd think there would be a lot.

I'm concerned with the rash of cities imposing moratoriums or outright banning the plant. It's making it impossible to know which city is best. Is there a website that shows the legal status of the cities in california in regards to their current policies towards MMJ ?

Is Tom Ammiano's Assembly Bill 390 going to be voted on soon? When? I haven't heard a lot. Maybe I need to look harder but maybe the $50/oz fee is killing it. Seems like the black market would undercut that easily.
