Venting - 70cfm fan hooked to top of room via 4" ducting. Passive intake.

Pests - Unknown. Pyretrin sprayed to ensure no bugs transferred from outside source (once every three days, on the 7th day currently).
The pictures attached are of a discounted clone (Sour Diesel). The clone had been sitting on the selves under a single t5 light for ~ 1-3 weeks. the roots had filled the given pot. It has been growing fast since the transplant.
The leaf has been deformed since pick up.
Problem: some leaf tips are changing color on all plants and some curl up or down. Any ideas?
