24 light during flowering period?

Hi growers,

I just had a big issue.

I forgot to close my box (5 weeks 12/12) so my babies still had some light 24 hours long.

I just close my box, how long my babies need dark for best ?

Is it a big problem ? the flowering stage will be broke ? or damaged ?

Flashing your plants with 24 hours of light in flowering can cause your plants to hermaphrodite.

watch them closely, how much light are we talking about? realize this plant grows naturally out doors so a rule of thumb is dont give them brighter light than a full moon. 24 hours of direct man made light can cause problems for sure but keep an eye on them. Look at the same nooks you did to determine sex when you first flowered them for nuts on them. You can cut them off and hope for the best. I found a total of 6 on my last grow of 8 plants and I chopped em off before they opened. still got no seeds in the bud. Good luck, and close your box next time ;-)
