homedepot and lowes both sell twin 4 foot 28watt t5 fixters for under 40 bucks with 2 30k bulbs. 27 and 65k bulbs are available online. they are the same lumes per watt as 54watt t5. i bought some, they dont get hot enough to hurt plant. if left unattended i had plants wrapping around bulbs. they come with wire nuts to attach to a power cord. if you buy a spool of wire you can connuct as many as you need as you need them or when you can afford to add. the best part is just going down the road for replacement bulbs. the also sell 2 ft and 3 ft setups. all colors needed are available online as well. i been using them for vegging and suppliment in flowering. i thought i put this up because i have yet to see anyone else talk about them.
