Actually just went and checked it out im sure you could grow any plant in that but I don't think you would get any kind of yield growing cannabis with that.
You would need more adequate lighting

I can only legally flower four at once but the 13 gallon reservoir is nice

I got the AeroGarden Ultra LED
And I want to grow weed with this system..
Without more lights just the 30w led.

No way - you will need substantially more light- which brings heat and the juggle of playing god to your plants environ.

You can start them in that or use it as a cloner but to fully finish plants - at least to have it be worth the time- get some good potting soil and a 1000 watt hid or 500 watt led and then you'll be like a little school girl on her first date with johnny every time you check on your plant(s)

Well then- you know this man- this system is too small to grow in- more light- you'll then need to use whatever system you used to grow soil after your plants grow to a decent size

Well then I'm wrong- what did they yield? If you want to get an ounce of finished product I suppose I just don't see it putting anything considerably close to a larger syst especially more light- think about it this way- how big of a planter did you grow in with all your soil grows (typically a gallon per month) well you'll need a res of at least the same gallon size- some micro growers on here will disagree but I'm big on getting out what I put into something
