All in a solo cup: first time LST

Hello all, and welcome!

This is my first time trying to LST, so I thought I would give it a shot. I really want this plant to be as compact as possible, so not only did I top, but I am training the two main branches.

Thoughts?

I've noticed some of my lower leaves are starting to turn a slightly lime green to it, almost a little yellow. They don't look bad. I also have heard that they do that in the budding stage, but do they do it so soon? I'll take pics and show you guys later and maybe you can check it out.

I just don't want it to be done budding so soon, because my nuggies are still light.

Was doing some research, and although it is normal for it to happen during the flowering stage, it seems to be too early.

I really hope she's not root bound and the buds continue to get fatter and dense.

I was just going to say, it's very likely that the plant is root bound and that would be shown by the lower leaves turning yellow, all other things being equal. Was this a seed or a clone? How long was the veg? Good luck with your Solo!

Thanks for the concern! Turns out all was normal and my plant's buds are still growing and getting fatter. I've posted pictures on my journal, but I'll update them more! Again, thanks for replying!
