I went to a clone and seed shop today that has quite a variety.
I was thinking of getting Bubba Platinum clones, or maybe starting from seeds.
For seeds, they seem to like mixing Larry OG with most of their other strains, like Larry X Granddaddy Purple, Larry X Chem 4, Larry X Tahoe OG, etc.
According to what they told me, Granddaddy has the dominant genes and will grow mostly like a GDP, but have more strength from the Larry OG.
I do want to grow plants that yield a lot of weight per plant, and will make a nice powerful buzz. To make a lot for my collective, of course. I do NOT want tall skinny branchy plants that don't yield much.
Anyone know anything about this Larry X GDP hybrid?
I can get 12-16 non feminized seeds for $50, or feminized for $120 for the same 12-16 seeds. Not sure which way to go with that.
