Avoiding Preflowering When I Put Them Outdoors

I have my plants in a greenhouse at 18/6.

The plan is to put them outdoors (on the sunroof) for flowering.

I can't do this right now (beginning of May) since they will likely start flowering, then stop and re-veg.

(So I need to wait some more time, then put them out where they will continue vegging and then flower late Summer, end of July/August). WITHOUT them flowering too early and then re-vegging.

So I did some research and came across information that "many growers put cuttings outdoors on June 1th to avoid any chance of premature pre-flowering".

Some others said that growers put their vegging plants out on/at mid June, basically the longest day of the year to avoid flowering.

I just want to double-check that I am safe when I put my vegging plants (which are now at 18/6) outdoors in mid June (I plan on/around June 15th) that they won't start flowering.

I am in Spain which is 38.1 Latitude.
