black?

where my plants come out of the dirt they seem to be black and affecting my smaller round leaves greatly as in some are almost completely gone! is this bad? i seen some stuff at the store that looks like its supposed to help this kind of deal,it showed a plant with its bottom being weaked and falling over, but i wanted to make sure before i get it any one know if this is what i need?

!!!!UPDATE!!!! it seems to be affecting the new growth in the middle of one plant! anyone! im willing to go to the friggin store at 9:30 am if needed!!!!

Sounds like mold to me... Do you have proper ventalation? Are you overwatering?

i may have overwateres b4 but i had them in the wrong style pots so the dirt dried hella fast.

sould i get the fungus stuff u add to the water!? shows a pic of a plant like weak and brittle and dieing in that spot with a green plant above the black leaning over.
