Can anyone tell me what these yellow/brown spots are from?

Temperature in my 4x4 tent is 22c or 71.6f and hovering around 60%-65% humidity. They are on a 18/6 day/night cycle.

Looks like you dribbled some nutes on it when feeding? Newer growth looks better, dont stress too bad.
