Can I use the male marijuana plant?

Can I use the male marijuana plant for anything?
I have heard that I could use the leaves and or stems to make hash or even oil is this true?

If so how do I do it and when do I do it?

Also I would like to know when is the appropriate time to cut down the male plant if I was to do anything with it?

could I also use the huge stem in the middle?

and does every strain of marijuana contain THC in the male plants, or is it only a cetain amount of plants.
