There is not a lot about this specifically so I thought I'd share my experience.
I am having major success.
Assuming your system is all set up correctly, put your rockwool with your seed on your medium, fill your medium up just to the height of your rockwool. Cover your rockwool holes with another piece of rockwool.
It should look like this: water level 1" below the net, 1" of medium in the net, place cube. The bubbles will keep your medium moist and your rockwool, too. If you're not using bubble ponics, drip water on top with a syringe. Your reservoir should be 5.5 PH and your nutes diluted. If you have healthy seeds you don't need to soak the rockwool in diluted nutes, just 5.5 PH.
