I used 125 silk screen to harvest my trichs. I was planning on making capsules size 00. Can I add them directly to the caps or do they need to be dissolved in fat in order to be effective?

I would use Extra virgin olive oil or Coconut fat.

So maybe it would be better to dissolve the trichs in evoo and take via medicine dropper?
