CFL bulb question!

So I am looking at this 65W(250W equiv) 4000 lumens, and was wondering if 4 of them would be too much for a 8.1" wide x 26.5" H x 18.6" D

Would it be too much heat? I know that CFLs don't give off heat, due to you being able to hold them in your hand, and this would be used instead of 23W which I would be normally using. This will be for 2 plants, and a total of 16,000 lumens, and 260W. Opinions?

Hi, I'm not a very experienced grower when it comes to indoor growing, but from what little i know CFL's do actually give off heat, You're set up seems about right, don't forget to add plenty of venting so you're plants don't die in the heat.
