Cheap CFL Grow Lights

I just got a little 25w cfl grow bulb for like a $1.50. N I put it in a lamp that was at plant leave. An the plants looked like they to grow toward that light. Its like a brighter white my other bulbs are 32w n a 26 watt CFL. Their light is more of a yellow glow. So r the bright whites better then the darker glow? It my first grow and im still trying to figure out my light set up. Im also thinking of getting some floursent lights to. Any Thoughts would b a great help.

It would suggest colour spectrum of the bulb more likely measured in kelvin !

Cool whites are used for vegging.

Warm whites for flowering.



Correct colour spectrum/kelvin promotes certain stages of growth better than others...
