Constant PH meters?

Ive been looking at some of the full time, constant PH meters for my bloombox grow, but i had a question about leaving the Ph meter in the res all the time:


is this bad for any reason? I would much rather have a readout anytime i lookat the meter versus using my PH pen (which is a very good one however).


are people using 24/7 ph meters in their hydro resoviours? this would seem like a good way monitor ph

There are a few out there. Look into Gro-Check or Tri Meter. There are some others. They are designed for constant on and being submerged in solution. Just have to calibrate, clean and replace the probes as needed.
