Ok, so my week old fem cheese some are starting to get crispy leaves, I've got a few ideas as to why 1- calcium, magnesium deficient, medium is coco-perlite 70/30 2- wind burn, from hydro clamp fan sitting to low 3- cause from using nutrients to early.. ph is 6.3 as directed using ph up/ph down or 4 I was using seasol for the first 2 days I'm sticking to 1M/1L ratio with nutes. Sitting the water in the sun for 24hrs prior to feed also

Welcome to the forum H.P.

Your PH is too high o_Oo_O coco has to be treated like hydro...about 5.8 is what you want to shoot for :thumb:

Also with coco you want to use 1/4 strength nutes and water once or more times a day.
Your post mixed input should be at 5.8, water to runoff every time.

Really depends what they are.

I use a product called AgroMagen, but you almost need two separate products when dealing with the devils children (spider mites).

I heard about some stuff called Green Cleaner that I’m thinking about trying.

Some spray a mixture of Bonners unscented Castile soap and water as a preventative.

Neem is also a good product, I just don’t like the mess it makes and you don’t want to use it in flower.

I also hear that adding silica to your feed helps protect the plant from biting bugs because it makes them tougher to chew on.

So far Agro is my go to. It smells the best, easy to work with/clean up, and it just simply works.

Thanks that is helpful, I'll look into all them and see what i can find. Have you had any experience growing cheese and have any tips. I don't feel in over my head im enjoying it and I want to get it as right as possible

I'd like to share a video of how i got it set up to see where it can improve but doesn't seem possible

I doubt my local growers even know what strain they grow, i can only think of 1 occasion i really knew recently

Order some seeds and know what you’re growing.
If you’re in the US check out @New420Guy Seeds. I have 5 of his going now.
I haven’t purchased across the pond, but I bet @George from The Vault can get you pointed in the right direction.

Maybe switch your medium over to soil when you transplant. Your plant looks Indica dominant (really impossible to tell), because your first leaf set looks short/wide.
If so, I’ve heard they are a lot more forgiving than sativa dominant. I personally haven’t noticed a difference besides the way they look.

It's a 50/50 of sativa and Indica, from the Netherlands.
