Cutting soil costs

I am looking to cut costs on my next grow, not because I want to cut quality but because I spent all my money on Christmas.

Normally I would just go buy all the FFOF I need, but this time I am thinking of a mix. Tell me what you think:

Option One:
2 parts FFOF
1 part EarthGro Topsoil
1 part coarse perlite

Option Two:
1 part FFOF
1 part Black Gold potting soil
1 part coarse perlite

(I use FoxFarm nutes throughout)

I'm open to other options as well. I have about 6 cuft to fill, and spending $120 on FFOF would be hard to swallow.

I mix my dirt (Roots Organic) with Promix to water it down a bit and cheapen the soil costs a bit. I also add EWC to give a little boost. And then I add a bit of Dolomite Lime to stabilize the PH (just in case). Then I add Corse Perlite to stretch it out a bit further. Once I transplant into this mix I usually dont feed for the first 3-4 weeks.
