why my seedlings die like this on pic?

germination is going on in watts, at a temperature of 25 degrees, then set them in court (which can be seen in photo) with the wool which grow.
 
Its cause your containers sides are clear allowing light to pass through killing your roots. Try covering clear or white containers in duct tape or paint.

What the hell is that thing in the picture next to your seedling? You shouldn't be giving your youngins support already, right now you want them to grow strong stems. If you support them now their stems will be weak and scarny in a few weeks.
 
The seedling isn't dead. It's just stretched out. It needs more light or the lights need to be closer. Add more soil to the cup, or transplant into another container, so the stem is supported. The clear container it's in should be wrapped in black or duct tape, so when the roots reach the edges they won't be exposed to light. ;-)
