Ds 60 Ver 2.5 1 x Unknown 1 x THC Bomb

Hi 420,

Back again for another try my previous attempts have not produced very much weed but it's all about learning from your mistakes (I hope) lol

So my setup,

Ds 60 ver 2.5 60x60x150cm
250w mh for veg
250w hps flower

Plant 1 unknown.. has been under cfl for 3 weeks ( in my wardrobe)but I had high humidity which has slowed the growth down but now I have the tent I'm hoping to see an improvement in the next week.

Plant 2. Thc bomb female will be breaking soil in the next day or two..

Also I have a watermelon plant in the tent for abit of fun ... You never know

Grow medium : soil mixed with vermiculite

Nutes : bio bizz grow, bio bizz bloom

All my water/nutes are ph'd between 6.2 6.5..

Runoff : ooops haven't checked but will on next water/ feed.

The only thing left to buy is a fan filter kit, at the moment I have 2x PC fans 1 us blowing cold air in and the other is blowing out... Not ideal I know but it's keeping temps/ humidity steady at the moment.

Update:- thc bomb (fem) 1 week from seed ..

Unknown.. 4 weeks old roughly, I'm thinking maybe a satvia strain??? Hints of purple on new growth.

Hi Smokey

It looks like your light is too far away from the plants.

I would take the watermelon plant out of there.

It's only stealing CO2.

What distance would you recommend the light to be at?

I would take the watermelon out but it would not survive the Irish cold weather,, would it make much difference?

Just noticed these two rust spots, any ideas on what it is...

Here is a handy chart! It may explain the rust spots as I ph between 6.2 - 6.5 but the plant might need more ca/mg so I will ph to 6.7 next feed and see how it goes.

After scratching my head to figure out a way to fix my ph problem I went and bought this soil

Looks like good stuff for 3 euros

So I thought I'd do a little update after being re potted in good soil.

Unknown.. Showed signs of sex... ( drumroll ) ... It's a girl!!!!

My humidity is abit low, any cheep solutions to raise it by 10? Thanks

Update... So I decided to flip to 12/12 two days ago after 1 day/night of darkness.

They were due a feed so I fed them 1ml grow 1ml bloom, I will increase to 2ml bloom 1ml grow next time.

nice plants. congrats on the female! I've grown thc bomb before. she's very picky and grows short and stout.

what light are you using? place a bowl of water in there to raise humidity, but I don't think you need to do that.

thc bomb. the rust is calcium burn.

They do seem to be very short and stuby hope they stretch a little in flower.

I'm using a 250w hps

Nice plants!

Yeah I was looking to raise the humidity while they were in veg because it was low but it's perfect for flower.

I think my unknown has a little zinc problem will post a pic in a min

feed them with 2 oz of urine to 32 oz of water.

I was just reading your grow and I was amazed at the lush green colour from the urine.

I might try it!

Also I'm disappointed with bio bizz because I'm not the only one who had mg problems in veg.

It really did give them tons of nutrients. Urine has every macro and micronute you can think of. Give it a try. I may stop buying nutes and use just urine since I'm pretty healthy

Hi all!
It's currently 2 weeks since 12/12 flip.

Unknown. Had a little lst problem I accidentally pinched the stem to hard try and get it to flop over and it snapped ( lesson learnt!!) so now it has two tops.

And now for the thc bomb, still waiting on definitive sign of sex.

Bottom leaves kinda going yellow and rubbery??? Going to try and figure out what's up... Any ideas?

no problem about the failed lst, you topped that plant and it looks great!
