Dual tent ventilation?

Hey guys

im planning on putting a grow tent in a closet, and leaving the remainder of space for my moms/clones under a 150w hps. having a small computer fan as intake for each and an oscilating fan inside for air movement, do you think that an inline exhaust fan would be able to exhaust both rooms if connected with Y like so (excuse the 1 am drawing from last night):

keep in mind that the room is only 4 ft by 2 ft by 8 ft. so 64 cubic feet total, doesnt need much cfm to clear the entire closet, and my fan is a 400 cfm inline with a fan speed controller.

Should work well, as long as the air coming in is cool.

the exhaust from veg room is gonna need a push-- or flower room blowback (from wye/tee) will go straight into veg room... n get a damper for the wye on the veg side f not gonna run all the time... I'm not a pro-- but i just did mine... 3rd time was a charm haha.
