I am looking to by an exhaust and intake fan along with a carbon filter. Any good value suggestions very welcome.

I saw in my grow tent info I need to exchange air every 2 minutes. How can I control my fans to come on every 2 mins?

No one does that, fans run continuously 24 / 7 or are on same timer as lights but no one cycles their fan on and off like that every 2 minutes, you would literally burn up the fan. Air movement helps with pest control & preventing PM. Fans are rated at cfm (cubic feet per minute) and this helps calculate volume of air moved in a given space such as a 12X12 room or a 4X4 tent.

There are fans like vivosun etc but ac infinity is one of the most well regarded & has settings for temp and humidity.
