looks like a hermie. If you switch lights that is when it will grow and pollinate. I can't say how many days..

Im already in 12/12 for 2 weeks.
Well I fucked it up anyway. I had my timer set to "on" rather than "auto" , so my lights didn't turn off last night. They've just received about 20 hours of continuous light.
Should I give them 24 hours darkness now to keep them in flower or is everything fucked now?

One day doesn't make a disaster..so what ever you WANT it to be..just continue like normal.

Ok, I just keep going. I have another plant in veg, and few clones showing roots so all is not lost.
Day length doesn't matter, it's the dark hours that count. I haven't tried it personally, but I've read a few things on here suggesting that an artificially long day length can be beneficial. One person did 20/12 IIRC.
