First Grow Kaoz01 - Soil - Bag Seed - 2013

hi everybody

Im from the dominican republic a country where is difficult to find good ganja thats why i decided to grow my own weed.
the only source of seeds here are the seeds you find in the bags of the weed you buy

im using cfls 25w each (im in a low budget)

and i made a pvc growtent cover with panda film

thease are the pictures:

this is so far what i have

i would like some advise by the way this is my first grow

and what i can do to make them grow faster
