This is my first time growing and was hoping to get feedback of my seedlings and setup currently running 2 23w cfls and a 36w fluro for the seedlings and am in the process of building a larger box for veg and flower wich will have a 600w led grow light I'm a little worried my seedlings are stretching too much should I add more lights or do they look ok ? Seeds were put in soil to germinate on the 10th and I think the first one popped up on the 13th so the biggest seedling is around 3 days old (ps don't mind the chives)
Clear pots are bad
Light will kill the roots... So that's my 1st tidbit of info for ya

I would take your clear cups and place them inside a dark solo cup so the light dont get through. As for the light i use a agrigrow cfl 125w and a 20w grow led for seedlings.

If you put inside another cup you can pull them part to see how fast the roots develop. That way you wont get root bound in the cup
