First outdoor grow

So this is my first outdoor grow and i transplanted my clones into 12 gallon black pots and some in 10 gallon black bags with great soil with nutrients.. was wondering if these are gna be big enough for my outdoor grow?? and how long is the nutrients in the soil good for? when should i add nutrients ? also my water is on a well should i ph the water from now on??
