First Time Grower Northern Lights With CFL Bulbs

Strain- Northern Lights
4 Plants
All plants under a 125w cfl bulb
This is started late so already a few weeks into the grow with most things going well
Run into a few problems but think I have them sorted

These are the earliest pictures I have of them

Yesterday ran into the problem of the new leaves turning yellow and everyone seemed to be giving me a differnt problem, I decided to mix some crushed polystyrene in to help Drainage, at the moment I'm watering every 2-3 days about a litre per plant

After adding the poly the leaves have started to recover but well have to see

That's way too much water at this stage in my humble opinion let them dry out fully then give them a soak & repeat

Day 16 Morning
Plants picking up speed
Tried the ponytail LST for 1 last night add will continue today

These 2 are coming on well, maybe a bit of over watering as a see some leaf drooping

This one's healing up well however the plant that grow with only 1 cotyledon is very far behind
