Ganja Chestnut Stuffing

CHESTNUT STUFFING
(serves 6 to 8)

1. Melt 1lb of butter/cannabutter or margarine in large frying pan.
Add 1/2-3/4 oz ground cannabis leaf or 2 - 4g of seedless flower.

Simmer 10 minutess covered on low heat, being careful not to burn
mixture.
2. Saute the following in small amount of olive oil until
soft: 3 diced celery stalks, 1 large diced onion, 2 tbls minced
parsley, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning and 1/4 tsp pepper.

3. In a large bowl combine 9 cups stale or packaged bread cunes, 2
slightly beaten eggs and 2 8-oz cans sliced water chestnuts.

4. Add sauteed vegetables and cannabis-seasoned butter and mix thoroughly
with hands.

5. Stuff on 10 - 12lb turkey or 2 chickens or 6 pork-chops cut 2in thick.
