Grow Tent Help Please

Hi guys. I'm thinking about buying the Grow Lab 145 growtent.

I had some questions that i was hoping to get some help with.

1. what would be the ideal watts (400W or 600W) for a grow light, in a tent this size (Dimensions: 4'9" x 4'9" x6'7")?

2. what would be the limit in number of plants you would grow in a tent this size?

3. at what height would you start the flowering phase in a tent this size?
