Help me 420magazine For best Soil

HI guys i have big problem with soil .unfortunately we don't have any perlite and peat moss in my city( maybe in whole the country) i don't know whyyyy!!!
i been wondering can i use a Humus instead the usual soil ?(perlite,peatmoss)
or can i use worm casting+humus ?
just help me
any tips,hints and help will be greatly appreciated
