Help Mixing Soil (PLZ)

ok so i got my soil and got my perlite, how much perlite do i add to the soil??? and when i do add the perlite do i mixx it or is there a certain area i need to set it on?

hi from london... i do 15% perlite 15% vermiculite with 70% peat moss, never had a problem, don't forget the vermiculite it keeps youe soil airated...
