Help! Plant is curling up and dying!

I just moved my plant from a little cup to the ground, it only took like 2 minutes but now all of the leaves(like 6 total) are curled up. Is the plant going to die or should it be fine? I just watered it.
-Also i have another plant i want to moved but it will be mostly in the shade. Will the plant die without much direct light or will it just not grow alot.

Any help is much appreciated.

I dug far away from the plant so i wouldnt hit the roots so hopefully it is just in shock like you said. k thanks
