Here we go again - Nitrogen toxicity? Lots of pics

I have a current grow going with journal, not many hits on it this go around so help is kinda lacking. I have had an issue of lower fans drooping and dying off, even in my last grow.

I don't believe I am over or under watering because I water only when the pots are light and dry a few inches down. I water until I get runoff then stop.

I believe I have Nitrogen toxicity as I am seeing a bit of claw as well now and what to me seem like very dark fan leaves, if someone could confirm this it would help me a lot. If it's what I am suggesting should I water now and flush even though they don't need it?

Any answers would help a ton and would be GREATLY appreciated.

Did you add extra nitrogen at some stage because of yellowish limey green new growth ? Then get the slight claw?

Only cause if u did it was a sulfur deficiency not nitrogen at that time .

And if that's what happened then yes you have a light nitrogen toxicity now
