I think it's a great idea!

One I've considered myself. They want a grip for those things and it's so simple to make yourself I can't see paying that much.

so by the look of it, steel spine with a bend angle for your future parallel bulb attachment. The shades look like glue board with your thermal lining top & bottom. Id be interested in the core material actually?

Good job. A saving is still a saving. Its effectively a retro fit
