Humboldt Equilibrium decanted

I know this is a long shot, I purchased 250ml of Humboldt Equilibrium (didnt know it would be decanted),

I received it today and im suspicious that its been watered down, i shook the bottle as about 3/4 was dark liquid and the top was clear (understandably separated(,

No its 3/4 clear and 1/4 dark liquid, I've added a couple of pics, is this normal or should I be concerned it's been watered down? (If you lool closely you can see the liquid mark near the top of the bottle,

Any opinions would be great please,
