So this is my first attempt at scrog so I made a net. I really just want to know if it looks right and what you guys would do to improve or what to do from here forward. She is currently a month and 2 weeks old. Also they have been trimmed 3 times so far. I'm trying to keep the bug fan leaves from blocking growing areas and I'm also trying to focus on not having a bunch of energy wasted in the lower stuff hut I just dont know how much I can take away from the bottom.

Scrog requires you to tie down your growing shoots or tops you can weave them under your net or use zip ties to tie them down.

I'm not sure about the terminology but I guess maybe net training is better. But basically I've just been keeping the branches at net level and when they get tall I just keep tucking them down so the undergrowth can get light. But I had a scare because I was rucking one of the branches down and it snapped at the base...it one of those main stems you can see

Do not worry about hurting your plant it will recover stronger and bigger then before you snapped or bent or topped.Do not be afraid to tuck them under your net they will grow back through in hours.And remove all growth below net level.

When you say remove everything below net level....you dont mean those main branches right? You mean any little leaves etc that try to grow under net level?

also I'm working with very little space too as you can see so I'm trying to keep them low cause I know they will get bigger once I flip to flower right.

Ok wow I see what you mean. Ok so looking at mine can I remove all of that at one time or is that too much stress? Also once I do that what would you recommend.

Remove it all now stressing a plant is a lot more difficult then many believe they respond by releasing hormones that for a lack of a better word are like steroids and they get bigger stronger faster.

The whole point of using a net in that small a space is not to hold up your plants but to even the canopy out for even light distribution.
