I'm thinking Ca deficiency? What do you think?

Hey guys! Long time lurker of the forums, finally got the opportunity to put some of the knowledge I've gleaned from all the awesome and helpful people here to good use in my own indoor garden!

Now to the point... I have recently noticed some spots in my plants. Started as a few random holes here and there, and some leaves seemed to not unfurl correctly, and broke off along cracks that would form where they didn't open up. Some yellow intraveinal spots here and there, and one or two leaf serration edges are browning just along one serrated tip. New growth seems to be more affected, which is making me think an immobile nutrient. Details of my grow are:

-1 White Widow, and 1 Girl Scout Cookies, both 41 days from seed. Sprouted in small peat cups, then solo cups, then to roughly 8 gallon fabric pots by day 24
-Soil is a mix of 50L Canna Professional, roughly 25L Canna Professional Plus Coir, 25L supersoil compost mix from local hydro distributor here in aus, and about 20L of additional perlite, let cook for a little over 8 weeks
-I did treat my mix with some extra dolomite lime to to raise the pH as it was around 6.0 initially, I raised to about 6.6-6.7 and my tap water is just about neutral, so its at about 6.8 as of today
-water here tests extremely low for chlorine, but I still leave my water container out and open for over 24 hours before using to water
-I have foliared with about 1/4-1/2 tsp seaweed extract mixed into 2L of water misted maybe once or twice a week to keep the topsoil from drying out, on top of regular soakings, but I don't water until it runs out the bottom
-Cabinet dimensions: 1.8m tall, 1.1m wide, .5m deep. Mylar wrapped inside, 6" 350 cfm exhaust fan with a large carbon filter robbing probly, 20% maybe? Not exactly sure what kind of losses to expect from them. 4" intake on back of cab
-2 small usb fans mounted either side to create some additional airflow and swirling down low
-ViparSpectra PAR450 dimmable, about 650-700mm above the canopy, Dimmers set: R=30% W=100% B=100%
-Temps have been consistently 18.5-20 Celsius at night, and 23-25 with lights on
-RH is staying between 55-65%
-No other added nutes, although I do have some Canna Bio Vega & Flores just in case I run into drastic problems with my first grow. Trying to grow full organic and feed the soil, but I'm definitely new to this so I'm assuming it won't go perfect! :)

But yea I'll attach some pics. Thinking maybe the signs of a calcium deficiency? I was wondering about wind burn and pointed the usb fans away for a while, but problem progressed and I still noticed other things like the browning leaf edges that made me think this is more nutrient related. Any and all input is much appreciated! Thanks! :)

It likely is a calcium deficiency, that's usually the culprit when lower leaves start to contort and curl. It's actually extremely common when using LED lighting. I give my plants extra calcium/magnesium with every watering, not just with regular nutes. Try that and you should be good to go. :thumb:

BTW, the plants look great aside from that.

cheers mate! Ive been obsessing over them daily, my girlfriend is pretty sick of hearing me talk her ears off about plants and soil 24/7 haha
Tell me about it! I think we all get a bit obsessed over it. I started off growing cannabis and now I grow everything imaginable. Everything from houseplants to a vegetable garden outside. The cannabis is still my primary obsession though. :yummy:

That's my goal! I've just started a worm farm and once we move into a place with more room I want to have a larger compost heap and veggie plots so we can try and grow most of what we eat. This is my first grow but I'm already hooked... plants are so incredible!

Dude thanks for responding, I'm thinking you were spot on! Way to spot the twisting. Here's an update:

I did end up adding about 7.5 ml (1/4 dose) of liquid dolomite lime to 9L of water with a lil seaweed extract and gave probably about 4 Litres to each 4 days ago, new growth is looking good and noticeably less twisted! Especially the white widow (the smaller and more Indica looking one) was previously looking a little weird and kind of mutated, but all of the new growth forming since that feeding looks more like classic fan leaves again. Probably will top dress some dry amendments for veg in the next few weeks which should hopefully carry her through till flowering, when I will top dress once more with some more phosphorus geared amendments, and hopefully that will see them to the end! Thanks for the insight!!
:)
