Hello,
I am insullating my shop and I'm not sure what type of walls I want to end up with in the inside.
I want the best insulation factor to be the top priority.
I see many room are designed with white "panda" plastic?
But I am leaning towards painted white OSB wood.

I'm in canada so extreme cold is a factor

How about a 2" thick polyiso foam board with the aluminum facing.
Excellent insulation, and its reflective.
2 birds one stone.

It's hard to mount anything to a wall with 2" foam on it. The foam board goes behind the OSB

if you're as far north as i am, -30 to -40c for 6-8 weeks every winter, then you'll probably want the pink stuff. it's in every home here and i can only imagine that's for a reason.

but the link i posted shows alternatives to the old school fiberglass stuff. If you're not too far north you might be able to get away with a spray foam filling.

there's so many good reflective materials to choose from for your inner wall.
i was using panda film before i got grow tents.
