Intro and shipping from UK

Hey everyone,

Grower newbie, but looking forward to joining the conversation and learning from some pros.

Can anybody point me in the right direction for some guidance on shipping from the UK? I have a package that has been pretty slow to get here, but I may just need my expectations managed. Package has been sitting at NY ISC since 1/15/2018 now with no updates. TIA.

I know shipping into USA goes fast
Shipping out...pretty sure they still use waggon trains and carrier pigeons

No clue why.

Also the NE has been hammered by snow

Yeah, thanks for the quick help! Hopefully that's just the case. I wonder if anyone on here has experienced delays with that sorting center. I did a little googling and I see it gets a bad rap. known as a black hole.

Got everything ready to go tho, except for this very important part.
