Certainly, African pot seems a lot more stronger and exotic, I mean growing in tropical conditions.I have been mailing small quantities with seeds from Central Africa to the US sucessfully but to Europe? Alot of regulations ! Just use premium regular courier.it works !!

I'm from kzn south Africa. Lots of sativa types here. There's even types I can't find any info on online. Sometimes cheap street weed gets you real high. Durban poison also originates here. So if not the best I'd say it comes close
