Left my lights on 4 hours too long twice in my first blooming week of 12 12

HELP i left my lights on twice 4 hours too long it got up to 84 degrees which i was able to bring down fairly quickly once i shut them off it only happened twice any advice this was my first week blooming plants looked fairly pale when i discovered them

They may be slightly stressed but they should be just fine. I often would take a plant that I would want to move along particuarly quickly, and would put her into flower for a couple of days, and then put her under 18hr light, and would do this a couple of times.
Just check them for signs of stress (nanners too) and try to keep an eye on your timer/temps.
