Looking for high CBD strains

Hello
I live in RI and finding marijuana/clones/seeds high in CBD here is hard. I am a pt with chronic pain and want to grow any of the following strains; ACDC, Harlequin, Omrita, The Remedy, Cannatonic, Beaver Dawg, Sour Tsunami #3, and Blue Dynamite.
I can't find any of these seeds other than in the three states that cultivate strains high in CBD. And they can't send me any because of the laws. Does anyone know where I could get any of the strains I listed?
