You can't tell sex from seed. You have to grow the the seeds in order to tell the sex of the plant. Here are some links for you to read.

Welcome to

1. You need to plant the seeds to grow a plant to aprox the 5th node, lets just say 8 to 12 inchs tall.
2. We then adjust timing to induce flowering, normally a 12/12 lighting regime will do.
3. Flowers of either sex will appear between 5 to 14 days aprox.

Males have balls on stalks - male cannabis flowers - Google Search

Females have 2 white pistils - unfortunaly i can not find loads of pictures...

But this usefully link gives you a good idea - What are preflowers?


Failing that, you can ask them to drop their pants & cough ! only joking.
