Male or female?

I planted 5 autoflower feminized seeds at same time. (candy cane) All 5 came up fine and 4 are budding quite a bit now. Only 1 isn't showing any signs of buds. I've attached 2 closeup photos of the one that's not budding yet. Do you think its a male? Also attached a photo of the non budding one and one that has already budded. Any help would be great . thanks
