Medical Strawberry Ice cream

My ice cream maker makes one gallon of ice cream.
First you infuse your cream with your green
2 cups heavy whipping cream 7-10 grams of shake or what ever you like using, mix the cream & green in pan on low and get it just to boiling point while stirring and remove from heat. Run mixture thru cheese cloth or sieve, best done while still hot to warm.

Use your favorite ice cream recipe using your infused cream where it calls for cream. I did strawberry because my strawberries were in full bloom, I also use Coconut milk in place of regular milk, it makes it taste amazing.

Finally found the recipe I used last year
2 qt half & half ( I used coconut milk)
1 can sweetened condensed milk- gives the creamy texture
1/2 pint heavy cream - this is your green cream
1 1/2 sugar
4 tsp of vanilla
4-5 cups prepared strawberries - I slice my strawberries and lightly coat with sugar, cover and refrigerate about 30 min to hour. This softens strawberries and makes a nice juice that turns your ice cream that pink color

Mix all ingredients into ice cream maker and follow manufactures instructions...enjoy
