Mold on sprouts

I germinated 30 seeds. in a 1.5 inch rockwool cubes that are in a clone dome or covered tray (plastic clear lid) they had just protruded the top, I noticed on a couple there were some mold on the stem. I immediatly opened the vent covers, and now started the veg stage, light on 18/6. Is this safe for them or is there anything I can do to prevent or stop it. Thanks

I pulled the lid off, so hopefully that will help. I just dont know if the mold on the stems will take over or if it will dye off? Thanks
